House Rules:

Please fill out form below after reading through rules.

•Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 11AM.

•Absolutely no parties or events unless approved by management (additional fees will be charged)

•Upon arrival, please fill out the required township manifest and place in mailbox located by the office door.

•No more than maximum 10 guest on property

•All other buildings are strictly off limits

•All wooded areas are off limits. Stay on the grass areas.

•Fireworks strictly prohibited on the property

•No smoking inside the building

•Do not use fireplaces inside house

•No candles or open flames

•No pets allowed

•Children must be supervised at all times

•Please keep off rock walls and wooden fence. They are old and unstable.

•No hunting or guns permitted.

•Please enjoy and treat all wildlife with respect

•Stay out of the water (stream)

•Top bunkbeds are not suggested for children under 8

•Guests are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing. We are not responsible for injury or accidents.

•Property damages will lead to loss of deposit or a fee

•If using firepit, please take all precautions and do not leave fire unattended

•Please respect our neighbors
